And as lived experience practitioners, we know writing is powerful – it is an invaluable tool for clarity, self-care, fostering resilience, renewal and creating change. It allows for connection to ourselves and others. At the end of it, we feel unburdened and enriched. We will give you tools and encouragement and enliven your writing journey.
More About This Workshop
Our 6-week programme
Is where you will find the help to find the words, the meaning and meaning through words and how to develop your ideas. It provides personal space and a unique place for your words. Along with headspace and perspective, you can connect with yourself and others.
Our Mini Masterclass [2 hours]
Helps you find the words and methods for overcoming blocks and stuckness. It is where you will discover headspace and perspective amongst like-minded souls.
This programme is for you if you are an aspiring beginner or intermediate writer or journaling for the first time. It helps us in our personal journey, and our working lives to wield the power of the word to create change.
Approach
Delivered by lived experience practitioners with experience in writing and penmanship, our interactive programme is a safer space to share if you wish and receive empathic feedback from our practitioners, who will give you personal support in a warm, kind and engaging manner.
