Creative Writing and Journaling

creativity and wellbeing

Writing and journaling help us to understand how we feel about something. It is therapeutic. And as lived experience practitioners, we know writing is powerful – it is an invaluable tool for clarity, self-care, fostering resilience, renewal and creating change. It allows for connection to ourselves and others. At the end of it, we feel unburdened and enriched. We will give you tools and encouragement and enliven your writing journey.
