Anti Racist Ally

Companies that embrace diversity and inclusion in all aspects of their business statistically outperform their peers. ~ Josh Bersin. Yet racial inequity in the UK has been evidenced. That makes it crucial that we learn how to tackle race inequity. Rethink Renew Reform is designed to embrace inclusivity, create a fair inclusive workplace that allows people to thrive and build allyship authentically. It is an interactive programme based on a lifetime of experience and study.

Rethink Renew Reform

We use the transformative concept of Rethink Renew Reform Antiracism to reorient and energise the conversation about racism. And to guide toward new and liberating ways of thinking and interacting with each other. It is essential to understanding how racism works and how racial inequality shapes Black lives, ultimately offering a road map for antiracist allies.

Our programme is indispensable for anyone who wants to go beyond the awareness of racism to contribute to forming a just and equitable working environment and society.

It is a compelling combination of ethics, history, law and science combined with lived experience of the Black experience and trauma.

It is never too early or late to start being an antiracist ally.

This programme will help you engage proven methods of creating an allyship programme that Leads can apply in any organisation regardless of size or scope.

Our workshops are a warm, interactive safer space rooted in developing emotional intelligence for the workplace. So, smaller group sizes help everyone to feel relaxed and get the most out of participating. We have a group size of 25 participants per workshop. Occasionally, we can extend it to 30 participants, depending on the nature of the workshop.

Yes, but specific Workshops, Talks and Conversations complement one another and work well. We recommend booking them for more deep-dive extended programmes, according to your team or business needs.

We have designed these workshops for corporate training, and businesses book them for private sessions for their teams. If the event is being made public, you can find out about it at Public Speaking & Events here.

As a goal of our workshops is creating a safer space, we generally do not allow filming any of our live events. That is because experience has shown that it would likely inhibit the feeling of safety and privacy required by attendees to participate fully.
