Talking Through Torment

suicide prevention

Everyone should know about suicide awareness as we do for managing a stroke or heart attack. In 2017, the government released figures showing a strong link between suicide and occupation. Employers can assist in preventing the risk of suicide by having processes in place. We work with you to build the tools that provide the compassion and empathy that help when dealing with somebody tormented and in deep distress, and we can all learn them. Suicide is preventable, so take this course.

As a goal of our workshops is creating a safer space, we generally do not allow filming any of our live events. That is because experience has shown that it would likely inhibit the feeling of safety and privacy required by attendees to participate fully.
