Creativity & Imagination Activism

Creativity defines the human experience. It has advanced every industry and activity in life. Psychologist KH Kim reports that creativity is under threat; without it, innovation will die. So Employers must generate creative spaces. Our programme supports creative spaces. We cultivate a creative community and use unique techniques to vanquish enemies of creativity like fear so employees master perspectives, challenge assumptions and realise an open mind.

More About This Workshop

In this two-hour programme we will explore

  • Evaluate our strengths and weakness in the creative process
  • Employ unique techniques to banish criticism, perfectionism,  procrastination and others
  • Explore our silence and intuition
  • Focus creative energy and make things happen
  • Develop and commit

This programme is for any working environment that wants to unleash the creative potential of the staff.  Nobody knows where the next great idea comes from, so the course is open to all employees who wish to engage and gain the benefits of higher self-esteem, an open mindset and new perspectives on tired themes and skills to cross-collaborate.

We create a dedicated time and space where participants are encouraged and feel safer to explore. Our lived experience facilitators use a range of exercises, prompts and problems to help unlock the imagination.

We recommend that the organisations take the deep dive 8-week experience, where we provide participants with the tools and skills to take their learning into their teams and be a catalyst for change and development.

So, smaller group sizes help everyone to feel relaxed and get the most out of participating. We have a group size of 25 participants per workshop. Occasionally, we can extend it to 30 participants, depending on the nature of the workshop.

Yes, but specific Workshops, Talks and Conversations complement one another and work well. We recommend booking them for more deep-dive extended programmes, according to your team or business needs.

We have designed these workshops for corporate training, and businesses book them for private sessions for their teams. If the event is being made public, you can find out about it at Public Speaking & Events here.

As a goal of our workshops is creating a safer space, we generally do not allow filming any of our live events. That is because experience has shown that it would likely inhibit the feeling of safety and privacy required by attendees to participate fully.
